Fotografirajte problem, a mi ćemo ga proslijediti pravoj gradskoj službi.
← NatragKako aplikacija „Prijavi problem” postupa s vašim podacima. Zadnja izmjena: 11. listopada 2026.
How the “Prijavi problem” app handles your data. Last updated: 11 October 2026.
This translation is provided for information. The Croatian version is binding.
The controller is the City of Supetar (Grad Supetar), [address], OIB [OIB], email [email].
Data protection officer: [name and email].
We do not ask for your name or a registration. As with any website, your device sends its IP address, but we do not store it with the report and we do not keep a log of visits.
We use the data to receive your report, forward it to the responsible department, fix the problem and keep you informed of progress. The legal basis is the performance of a task in the public interest, namely the city’s municipal services (Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Contact details are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by entering them and can withdraw at any time.
We do not use the data for anything else, we do not sell it and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Photograph only the problem. Avoid faces, licence plates and views into other people’s gardens or homes. If someone is visible anyway, tell us the report number and we will remove the photo.
When you book a pickup, we store the pickup address, phone number, description of the items and the chosen date. Only authorised staff of the city administration and the municipal service see them; they are used only to arrange and carry out the pickup, and are deleted automatically 30 days after the pickup date. The legal basis is the city’s municipal services (Article 6(1)(e) GDPR). Anyone who knows the booking number sees only the date, the items and the status – never the address or phone number.
When you open the map, its tiles are loaded from the OpenStreetMap project’s servers (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom), which see your IP address. This does not happen unless you open the map.
If you turn on phone notifications, we store only the delivery address that your browser’s notification service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft) has assigned to it. The text of announcements does not pass through these services: your phone fetches it directly from our server. We delete the address when you turn notifications off or when your browser cancels it.
Your report numbers and your language choice are stored only in the browser on your device, so that you can see your reports under “My reports”. We do not send them anywhere, and you can remove them by clearing your browser data. We do not use cookies. The “Show on map” link opens OpenStreetMap only when you tap it.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent for contact details. Write to [email] and include the report number; we will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
